Important Notes

Singapore River Safari

• Boat rides will be cancelled if it rains. Once the weather permits, visitors can take the ride.
• Expectant mothers are not allowed to take the boat rides.
• Children must be at least 1.06 metres to take the ride at the Singapore River Safari.
• Children between 1.06 and 1.35 metres must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Singapore Night Safari

Show schedule:

• Thumbuakar Performance: 18:45, 20:00, and 21:00 daily, except on Wednesdays. The show is also available at 22:00 on Fridays, Saturdays, and eve of public holidays.
• Creatures of the Night Show: 19:15, 20:30, and 21:30 daily. The show is also available at 22:30 on Fridays, Saturdays, and eve of public holidays.
• The open-air show is free seating, so seats are not guaranteed.
• It is best to be at the venue at least 15 minutes before your preferred show schedule.

Booking and Administration

• Provide an operative local number, such as that of your hotel/apartment's front desk.
• Be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• Allow a 30-minute buffer, as traffic or road conditions may cause delays to hotel pickup and drop-off.
• For any concerns after booking, you may dial our customer service hotline on the e-voucher.
• If you do not see the vehicle or driver at the scheduled pickup time, please immediately call the emergency contact provided or (+65) 6738 2622. In the event that you have failed to be at the hotel lobby during the scheduled pickup time, you will be declared as a no-show.
• Please be informed that your physical admission ticket will be provided on the bus by the driver.
• The voucher cannot be used for direct entry. You will not be allowed to enter should you fail to present your physical ticket at the gate.
• Children two years old and below can join the tour for free, but must share a seat with a parent or guardian.
• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
