Current tour prices listed for each tour are subject to change without notice due to the changes in credit card charges, fluctuation of relevant currencies, supplier cost increases, tax changes, fuel or any other surcharges and other reasons beyond our control, until the full payment is promptly received, except in the case of any provided airfare.
All the quoted prices including any cost of other tour operator planning and operation. Each tour states the items that are included in that specific tour.
Please refer to the tour itinerary relevant to what you are booking for pricing and inclusions.
No refunds will be made for no show.
No refunds will be made for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any unused tour services.
In cases where the activity has to be cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund.
In the event that there is a refund required, the refund will be credited back to you in the same method as your payment. Please note that refunds will take up to 14 - 28 working days to process.

In the event that you cancel the booking, a written notice must be provided. The amount of refund will varies depending on the activity and operator that you book with. Please check the cancellation details of the individual activity provided by the operator to see if you are eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled by Singapore Travel, you will be given the option to book an alternative date or to request a full refund.
